Join SLPOA volunteers Dick Simpson, John Cobourn, and Ann Reisenauer for an easy walk across Van Norden Meadow to the South Yuba River and back. Enjoy views of Sugar Bowl peaks and spot artifacts from historic human use. You’ll see where the River’s incised channel is being filled, how that raises the water table, and how Meadow plants are responding.
