| September 1, Saturday | Cabin Tour - The Cabin Tour will be held the day before the Annual Membership meeting so everyone (including those working on the BBQ) can get to see the cabins. The Cabin Tour will be from 2 PM to 5 PM. Buy tickets in advance. |
| September 2, Sunday | Annual Membership Meeting - Time 9:30 AM to 11:30 am Place: Lot 1.The Annual Meeting is a chance for the Board to review the year just past and plan for the year to come. It's also the time for the members to give the Board the direction they need for the coming year and to vote for directors to replace those whose terms are expiring. |
