Persian Delight

For those who missed the February 20th “Persian Delight,” you missed a fabulous feast!   It was hosted at the beautiful home of Ken and Lynn Hall, the view of our lake from their home was spectacular.   Our guest Chef was our very own Maryam Jahagani.   About 35 people attended.   Bezhad, Maryam’s husband, made Pomegranate cosmos which were a big hit.   Maryam featured Pomegranate Chicken and a salmon dish made with fenugreek.   Side dishes included basmati rice, lavash bread, appetizer, and salad.    See recipes.
