SMOKE RUB

recipe from Cherryl Hammon

2 Tbls paprika
1 Tbl salt
2 Tbls garlic powder
1 Tbl onion powder
1 Tbl black pepper
1 scant Tbl cayenne pepper
1 Tbl dried leaf oregano
1 Tbl dried leaf thyme
2 tsp chipolte chile pepper

Combine all ingredients – sprinkle and pat onto outer meat surfaces. Store extra in airtight container
