SHEPHERD’S SPREAD (KOROZOT)

4 oz cream cheese
1 T mustard
2 T chopped scallions
1 tsp capers
1/8 tsp caraway seeds
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp paprika
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cream goat cheese and cream cheese in mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients, mix at high speed for two minutes. Additional salt and pepper to taste.
