Chocolate Cake

Ingredients Weight
Chocolate 1 #
Butter 1#
Cocoa powder 1 cup
Flour 4 T
Vanilla 2 t
Heavy Cream ¾ cup
Sugar granulated 2 cup
Eggs 10 ea

Procedures

Set up double boiler. Melt butter and chocolate, add all ingredients but the eggs. Incorporate. Remove from heat and slowly add eggs. Bake in oven 45 minutes at 150 degrees and just set. Use a buttered ramekin.
