Makes 1 9-inch cake. Serves 10-12
Crust:
1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 cup Cocoa
1/3 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Melted Butter
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Filling:
12 oz. Chocolate Chips (2 cups)
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Heavy Cream
For the crust, blend all ingredients. Press firmly into the bottom of a
lightly greased 9-inch spring form pan.
For the filling, combine first four ingredients in a blender. Bring cream to
a simmer and pour into chocolate mixture in blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into crust. Freeze overnight and allow to sit out for a while before
serving.
