EGG FLOWER SOUP (CSURGATOTT TOJAS LEVES)

3 strips of bacon, chopped
½ tsp caraway seeds
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp of paprika
2 T flour
4 cups water
3 eggs
2 bay leaves
1 tsp vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat up a medium pan, add bacon, cook bacon until crispy,
add chopped garlic, caraway seeds, bay leaves, paprika and flour.
Whisk together on low heat until all ingredients are combined.
Add water, whisk until free of lumps.
Cook for 35 minutes on medium heat. Beat
eggs with fork, and add to hot liquid. Salt,
pepper, and vinegar to taste.
