CHICKEN PAPRIKA

4 chicken breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tsp paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 T flour
1 cup water or chicken stock
2 T sour cream
Sauté chicken breasts in a small amount of olive oil,
remove from pan, add onions, green pepper, tomatoes and garlic.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, add paprika, flour, mix all
ingredients, then add water or chicken stock.
Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove
from heat, put in blender, and purée. Add
the sour cream and pour over chicken.
