BBQ SAUCE

recipe from Cherryl Hammon

½ cup finely chopped onions – sautéed in butter
1 cup catsup
½ cup orange juice
½ cup Jim Beam BBQ sauce
1 Tbl olive oil
2 Tbls balsamic vinegar
1 tsp chipotle pepper
½ cup water
lime-lemon pepper to taste
red pepper flakes to taste

Simmer for 30 minutes
